At Explore Outfitters, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Please note: Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right — fast.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale only)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

As with our standard policy, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
